Casino Affiliate Manager – Isle of Man / UK or remote


The Team

You will join the Marketing Acquisitions team, which is responsible for attracting new players to LottoGo.com globally. The team utilises various marketing channels, such as Affiliate marketing, PPC, Display & Native advertising.

We are currently seeking a Casino Affiliate Manager to oversee the player acquisition activity for LottoGo.com with a primary focus on the Canada and New Zealand markets. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, analysing campaign performance, and monitoring the quality of traffic. The primary focus of the job is to grow the customer base for LottoGo Casino.

The Casino Affiliate Manager will be assigned key publishers to manage. This responsibility includes conducting regular face-to-face performance reviews, addressing queries, and negotiating commercial terms. The main goal is to deliver high-quality incremental acquisition volume month-on-month. Additionally, the manager will be tasked with recruiting new publishers and collaborating closely with them to strengthen relationships, increase monthly acquisition volume, and maximise return on investment.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates to promote LottoGo Casino.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Negotiate and optimise affiliate deals to maximize revenue and player acquisition.

  • Implement and monitor fraud prevention measures to safeguard the integrity of our affiliate program.

  • Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance affiliate engagement and drive traffic to the website.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

  • Ensure that our affiliates market within the boundaries of the Brand’s marketing policy and all applicable local regulations.


    Required Experience, skills, and qualities:

    Essential:

  • Proven successful experience as a Casino Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.

  • Proven experience and extensive operational background in the Canada and New Zealand markets.

  • Strong understanding of online marketing, affiliate programs, and fraud prevention techniques.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.

  • Familiarity with the casino and bingo industry and its regulations.

  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.

  • Experience with other digital marketing channels is an advantage.
