IT Support and Network Administrator
Job Purpose:
The IT & Network Support Administrator is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s local IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation of all systems and equipment, and providing prompt technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer end-user support for IT systems including network servers, computers, telephones, security systems, and other office equipment like workstations, copiers, scanners, and printers.
Handle the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware, software, and systems.
Monitor and maintain internal IT systems, ensuring reliability and security.
Manage IT documentation, including asset inventory and validation records.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, aiming for minimal downtime.
Oversee SSL/TLS certificate management, including monitoring and renewal, to ensure secure communications.
Onboard new employees by setting up accounts and workstations, providing access to necessary systems and software.
Oversee Domain renewals, including monitoring.
Efficient restoration of files and emails during instances of loss or deletion.

Administration of inhouse Microsoft Server (Domain Controller & MS Exchange)
Qualifications and Experience:
Post-school qualification or IT-focused apprenticeship.
Experience in IT support, particularly with Microsoft Core Technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office).
Familiarity with network services (DNS, DHCP) and various IT tools including mail filtering, collaboration tools, video conferencing, backup, security solutions, virtualization basics, and networking.
Proficiency in configuring desktop hardware (Printers, scanners, copiers).
Basic Powershell and Linux knowledge advantageous.
Veaam advantageous

Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service orientation and a flexible approach to work.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
