MLRO – MLCO Jersey - (Part-time)
JOB PURPOSE:
Keeping abreast of changes in Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing regulation and advising the Head of Compliance and Group MLRO accordingly.
Acting as Annexio (Jersey) Limited MLRO
Acting as Annexio (Jersey) Limited MLCO
Management of internal Suspicious Activity Reporting for Jersey
Assisting the Group Head of Compliance and Group MLRO
Management of regulatory administration
Assisting in drafting of policies and procedures for the Annexio Group
Regular review of policies and procedures to ensure they remain up to date, the propose and drive changes where necessary
Management of internal outreach of reportable events
Assist with external and internal audits
Compiling Data, preparation and submission to regulatory reporting
Collect data for internal reports where and when necessary
Working with the relevant departments to bring materials in line with requirements
Others:
The MLRO - MLCO will also undertake other relevant duties in support of the Group Compliance function, as and when required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Minimum 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above.
A recognised MLCO, MLRO or compliance qualification would be advantageous or willing to work towards one for example ICA
KNOWLEDGE
Ability to analyse and strong organisational skills are essential in order to balance workload and meet deadlines.
Experience working in a compliance role
Experience of working in a MLRO, MLCO
Governance and compliance philosophies, policy and management practices.
Knowledge of AML CFT related legislation
Ideally working knowledge of Jersey Gambling Commission legislation

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a regulatory compliance role is essential
